ORDERS
PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with us you agree to and accept these Terms. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any aspect of these terms, please contact us at saffronhairltd@gmail.com before placing an order.
By placing an order via this Website you are making an offer to Saffron Hair Ltd to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Once you have placed an order for goods (and delivery, if applicable) we will send you confirmation that your order and payment has been received. A contract between you and Saffron Hair Ltd for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. We will take payment from your credit/debit card when your order is placed and processed.This does not affect your legal rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
Saffron Hair Ltd may choose not to accept an order for any reason.
Payment of the Price and delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the order.
Saffron Hair Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time. We shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any items from the Website or for refusing to process an order.
DELIVERIES
Please note that a delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate and packaging will be included in the price. Please see our delivery options and charges.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. Saffron Hair Ltd cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
We do not currently deliver outside of the UK.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
We endeavour to display all items currently available on our website and aim to hold stock of all products while a product is active. Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. If this is the case, you will not be able to add it to your shopping bag.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the cancelled goods but not the delivery charges. We will process the refund without delay and in any event not later than
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied; or
(b) if there were no products supplied, 14 days after the day on which we receive your cancellation notification. You will then need to return the item(s) either to one of our stores or by post. OUR RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely happy with the goods that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt in accordance with our returns policy. Our returns policy applies in addition to your legal right to cancel above and does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed products.
If you return any products in accordance with our returns policy, we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging. Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read any specific care instructions provided with your purchase.
